Advanced Retriever

Our Advanced Retriever Program is what most of our clients choose to have in their blinds each year. They are well started, tons of manners, can work with and without an E-Collar. They are good with other dogs, children and people. This is a dog that is fully polished with retrieving, force fetch, and pressure conditioning.  An advanced retriever should have all that the started dog has and an additional 3  months or more of training which include, but is not limited to the following.

* Sit, stay, heel, here, walk on and off leash, collar conditioning, load up, kennel and crate training, intro to live and dead birds, marking singles, taught doubles, marks out to 150 yards on land, marks out to 125 yards on water, marking drills, sit whistle, force fetch and pressure conditioning, gun breaking, multiple guns, 100% steady, no bird training.

                                                                                                                               Basically, a well-polished young dog that has nice polished manners built in, fully steady, fully gun broke. A dog with lots of consistency that is easy to take home and continue their training if you wish or just take them hunting.

* If you have never successfully trained a dog before or if you just don’t have time to train one properly.

Typical cost for the Advanced Retriever Program is a 3 month program or longer, @ $650 per month. Plus duck fee $15 each, 4 live ducks per month will be shot for your dog if desired.

At this level your dog should be capable of running most senior level test’s, and ready to start competing in Master level test
